It works fine for what I needed, nothing amazing but not bad either. The quality is okay, though it does feel a little cheap in the hand... like, not totally flimsy, but you can kind of tell it’s not super premium

The service does work and I didn’t really have any major issues with it, but for my needs, the price feels a bit steep. I could see it being worth it if you use it a lot or really need the extra convenience, but for occasional use, it’s hard to justify paying that much

"Customer service was a bit disappointing"
I had to reach out to primedriven.com because there was an issue with my order, i was a little disappointed with how long it took to hear back. They did eventually respond, but only after I sent a follow-up, which felt frustrating.
The person I dealt with was polite and did get the problem sorted, so I’ll give them credit for that. Still, the whole thing felt slower and less clear than it should have been. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I was hoping for

"Fitment was okay, but could be more accurate"
I ordered a part for my car because the site said it would fit, and technically it did. It went on, but it wasn’t as smooth or clean as I expected, and I had to spend a little extra time messing with it to get it right.
It wasn’t a total loss, and for the price it was still okay, but I think other customers would appreciate more accurate fitment details before ordering. I’d just recommend double-checking everything before buying

"Return was simple and my refund came through"
I ended up having to return my order from primedriven.com because I accidentally picked the wrong item. i was a little nervous at first because I always worry I’m going to get fooled with online returns or stuck with some random excuse.
Their support got back to me quickly and explained what I needed to do. I sent it back, and a few days after they received it, the refund showed up without me having to chase anyone. Relieved it went smoothly

"Honestly arrived better than I expected"
I was kind of expecting the box to show up a little beat up like some packages do, but it actually came in really good shape. No dents, no tears, and everything inside was packed securely. The box even looked clean, which was a nice surprise. No complaints at all.

"Got it installed without needing backup"
I’m definitely not the handiest person when it comes to projects like this, so I was expecting the install to be a whole thing. Luckily, it went a lot smoother than I thought. The parts lined up well, the instructions made sense, and I didn’t have to wrestle with it too much. I even finished quicker than I planned, which felt like a small win for me. Best part was getting it done without having to call anyone for help. Happy with how it turned out.
